1 Introduction & Acceptance

cko33 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of cko33's website, mobile site, and all related services.

By registering on our platform or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at cko33, you must provide a valid mobile number and an active email address. It is your responsibility to keep all information provided at registration up to date at all times.

3.2 Account Security

Your account login credentials (password, OTP) must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, contact cko33 support immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer service. cko33 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms
• If fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected
• If evidence of multiple accounts is found
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at cko33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

Deposits must be made only through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted, and cko33 reserves the right to cancel any such transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be held until the identity verification process is complete.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

cko33 reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• If the identity verification process is incomplete
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• If fraudulent activity is suspected on the account
• If evidence is found of the same payment method being used across multiple accounts

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or a deposit of ৳42,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following conditions apply while a bonus is active:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain games designated by cko33 may not count toward the wagering calculation.
• Each bonus has an expiry period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

cko33 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer may have its own terms and conditions. A member may not claim multiple bonus offers at the same time unless explicitly stated. Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

6 VIP Program

cko33's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. cko33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms and conditions at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cko33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using or allowing someone else to use another person's account
• Exploiting the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (bonus arbitrage)
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or algorithms
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other members to engage in fraudulent activity
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Game Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting at cko33 is available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and many other sports. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers and their outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). cko33 has no control over game outcomes.

8.3 Technical Issues

In the event of server downtime, network disruption, or any other technical issue, cko33 will make a reasonable decision regarding affected bets. cko33 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
